The short version
OathSure is a rehearsal tool for genuine married couples. It is not a law firm, it does not give legal advice, and it is not connected to USCIS, the Department of State or any government agency. Nothing it shows you predicts what an officer will decide.
1. What this service is
Each spouse answers interview-style questions separately. Software then compares the two answers and describes how a skeptical officer might read them. That is all it does with your answers. If you upload your forms and documents, software reads them and shows you what they say and where they differ, so you can check them yourself; it does not judge your case, and it does not tell you what to say.
2. Not legal advice
Using OathSure does not create an attorney-client relationship with anyone. The questions, verdicts, analysis and reports are general practice material. For advice about your own situation, consult a licensed immigration attorney or an accredited representative.
3. Who may use it
You may use the service only if you are 18 or older and are preparing for your own interview about your own genuine marriage, or you are a legal professional helping such a couple with their knowledge.
You may not use it to invent, align or rehearse false statements. Entering a marriage to evade immigration law, and lying to a federal officer, are serious crimes. The only correct answer to any question here is the truth as you remember it. We may close any session we reasonably believe is being used otherwise, without a refund.
4. The comparisons are made by an AI model
Verdicts and analysis are generated by a language model. It can be wrong: it may call a harmless difference a contradiction, or miss a real one. Treat every verdict as a prompt for a conversation, never as a finding, and never as a reason to change a true answer.
5. Your links
Access is by private link. Each link is unique to one spouse, and anyone holding it can read that spouse's side of the session. Keep them private, send each spouse only their own link, and do not forward it. Tell us if you believe a link has been exposed, or reset your session from your control panel.
6. Payment
The free plan costs nothing. The Text plan is a single payment of $39 that opens full access for both spouses for 90 days. Paying again before your access ends adds to the time you have left. No plan is a subscription and none renews. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.
7. What you write
Your answers remain yours. You give us permission to store and process them only to provide the service to you, as described in the privacy policy. You can delete everything at any time from your control panel.
8. Your documents, and copies taken from the service
Documents uploaded to a case are stored encrypted, each under a key of its own, with the case's key held in a separate key service, and every time a document is opened or downloaded it is recorded. These protections apply while a document is held by the service.
Once a document is downloaded, printed, copied or captured on screen, by you or by a law firm or organization you share your case with, that copy is outside the service. We cannot protect it, see what happens to it, or delete it, and anything shown on a screen can be photographed or captured. Whoever takes a copy is responsible for keeping it safe.
9. No warranty, and limits on liability
The service is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we do not promise any outcome in your immigration case. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim connected with the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
